Description
Located on the central Via Roma, the church was once the headquarters of the brotherhood of Santa Croce and likely dates back to the first half of the 1600s.
The facade, in Renaissance style, features a tympanum door topped by a rectangular window.
At the apex of the roof stands a lobed cross, decorated with rosettes and volutes.
Among the most significant works inside the church are the fine wooden pulpit, mounted on decorated brackets, the wooden altar dedicated to San Narciso, and the statue of Christ Crucified, used during the rites of Holy Week.
These elements, together with the sober elegance of the structure, make the church an important example of religious architecture and art from the Baroque period.
