Description
The Church of San Lorenzo di Rebeccu, located amongst the hills of Bonorva, is a precious example of Sardinian Romanesque architecture dating back to the second half of the 12th century.
Built with limestone and basalt, the church has a simple yet elegant single-aisle structure.
The belfry, the sail tower and the architrave portal enrich the facade.
After some demolitions in the XIXth century, it was restored in 1982, maintaining its historical charm.
