A single-tower Nuraghe located about 2 kilometers southwest of the village, on a spur of rock, and is built with large blocks of trachyte.
The Nuraghe Carvoneddu, along with other nuraghis in the area such as S'Aspru, Sisine, and Puddighinu, testifies to the presence and importance of nuragic settlements in the territory of Benetutti.
In addition to the nuraghis, the territory of Benetutti offers other archaeological testimonies, such as the Giant's Tombs, the domus de janas, and the necropolis of Luzzanas.
