Description
The nuraghe Longu is located 200 meters from the nuraghe Culzu, in a flat area crossed by the Riu Pudidu.
The tower reaches a height of 8.10 meters compared to the current ground level, but the entrance suggests that it was buried about 1 meter. The tower has a diameter of 11 meters and is built with layers of basalt stone blocks.
The entrance, trapezoidal in shape, has a maximum width of 80 cm and is at a height of 1.05 meters.
It faces south and is surmounted by a subrectangular lintel, 1.45 meters wide and 90 cm deep.
