Program of the event "L’Acqua e la Roccia" that will take place in Monteleone Rocca Doria from October 25 to 27, 2024:

Friday, October 25

• Official inauguration: with an introduction by the mayor Giovannina Fresi, followed by a presentation of the theme of the event “L’Acqua e la Roccia” curated by hiker Corrado Conca.
• Art exhibitions: opening of the exhibitions “Apparentemente” by Ivano Villiam Piva and “L’incontro nel viaggio” by Roberto Ziranu, located in the Centro di Panificazione Tradizionale.

Saturday, October 26

• Sports and family activities: a day dedicated to trekking, climbing, kayaking, and bike excursions for all ages, with a zip line course in Cava Su Giardinu.
• Creative and cultural workshops: traditional baking workshop with Prof. Antonio Farris, artistic activities with Annalisa Masala, and readings for children.
• Seminar on renewable energy: “The possible energy transition”, in collaboration with the University of Sassari and ENAS, will take place in the afternoon at the Centro Sociale.
• Evening shows: vertical dance by Elena Annovi, followed by a concert by the band "Crêuza de mä" and a performance by the singer Sista Namely.

Sunday, October 27

• Continuation of sports and creative activities.
• Lectio magistralis by Vittorio Sgarbi: at 5:00 PM, the art critic will speak about Brancaleone Cugusi da Romana at Cava Su Giardinu.
• Closing concert: Piero Marras and his band will close the event with a musical performance.

During the weekend, food stations with local typical products, visits to the Museo del Pane, and the medieval ruins of Castello dei Doria will be available.
