The Fondazione Maria Carta announces the winners of the 22nd edition of the Premio Maria Carta.

The Technical Scientific Committee of the Fondazione, chaired by Giacomo Serreli, has decided to award the singer and actress Tosca (at birth Tiziana Tosca Donati) to recognize and highlight an extraordinary eclecticism and a refined and unmistakable personal style.

The Premio Maria Carta also goes to Daniela Pes. The singer from Tempio has recently enjoyed a year of surprising success and acclaim from the national critics for her debut album "Spira," which has received several important awards, including the prestigious Targa Tenco.

For the section dedicated to the world of emigration, the Premio will be awarded to the Circolo dei sardi di Trieste, because in the Julian city our compatriots – states the motivation – have been promoters of profound integration and constant promotion of our region in a multiethnic context.

For the entrepreneurial excellence of the island, the Premio will go to Rockhaus Blu Studio in Sassari, owned by Alberto Erre, a company that has been operating since 1989 to promote and disseminate Sardinian music and its artists.

The Premio will be awarded to the winners on Sunday, September 1st, during the usual grand event in Siligo, the home town of Maria Carta, with the presence of numerous guests.
