La Fadda s.r.l was established in 2012, with the experience of three generations, implementing the idea of the founding partners to produce in Sardinia cheeses that are non-traditional, but innovative products, revitalizing the market and optimizing the potential of the sector.

The company’s goal is to qualify and promote the typical and high-quality agri-food production resource of Sardinia, also thanks to the introduction of a new product on the market, "OVINSARD", a pecorino erborinato cheese with unique characteristics in its genre in terms of flavor and aroma.
