Description
The Dairy Laboratory was born with the idea of producing a natural long-fermentation yogurt (yoddu) without preservatives, using cow and goat milk from the province of Sassari.
Also based on yogurt, a dessert has been created made from yogurt, (Yo Cake), a type of artisanal biscuit produced in a Laboratory in Alghero and Abbamele (bee honeycomb decoction) from the Areste Company.
EJA, on the other hand, is a sauce based on yogurt composed of: strained yogurt, artisanal cucumber extract, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. A fresh, very versatile sauce ideal for accompanying meats, fish, and toasted bread as an appetizer.
